In order to ensure the normal operation and long service life of the compressor, good servicing is the key. Therefore, the servicing procedures of the air compressor compressor must be carefully implemented. Before starting servicing, at least the following preparations shall be made:

1. Cut off the power supply of the Air End and hang a sign at the power switch.

2. Close the stop valve to the air supply system to prevent the compressed air from reflux to the repaired part. Never rely on a check valve to isolate the air supply system.

3. Open the manual vent valve to vent the pressure in the system and keep the vent valve open.

4. For water-cooled machines, the water supply system must be closed to release the water pipeline pressure.

5. Ensure that the compressor compressor has been cooled to prevent scalding and burns.

6. Wipe the oil and water marks on the ground to prevent skidding.

"Warning"

-Do not think that the machine can be overhauled and maintained when it is shut down. The automatic control system of the machine will start the compressor at any time.

-Poor servicing not only affects the normal operation of the compressor, but also may affect the safety of operators.

-Do not remove nuts, filler plugs and other parts when the air compressor is running or under pressure.

-Do not use flammable solvents such as gasoline or kerosene to clean air filters or other parts. Safe solvents should be used as directed
